<p>I swear I tried almost everything out there to get rid of those extra pounds.  The first think I went to was the meal replacement shakes.  It really depends on which ones you go with as to what the taste will be.  Some are more palatable then others but the bottom line is that these are packed full of the nutrients that you miss from skipping a meal and you find yourself still craving that meal or at least something that resembles a meal.
