Hello fellow dieters!

I’m I was a bit overweight since my childhood, and as long as I remember myself I was always shy about that and had some clashes with slim girls whom I considered “normal” and me like “wierd”.

In my college years the lack of self confidence didn’t made me a favour in relashionships with guyes, so I finally decided to transform my body and started trying different ways to shed that excess fat off.

Since I wasn’t that aware about scams, I often took some fad diets that promised me the world, just to get disappointed and gain my weight back. I even tried starving and that was the most auful experience in my life! I seemed to lose lots of water and my health got worse in just 3-4 days.

From that point, I’ve decided to discover how other people like me are battling with the bulge and started visiting all weight loss forums I could find. That gave me invaluable experience and knowlege of different diets and fat loss progreams. I knew what worked and what wasn’t even worth trying.

What I found is a massive positive feedback from many women and men on a so called calorie shifing approach, that helped people to get unstuck with their diet and lose weight pretty fast while in a healthy way. So I looked for calorie shifting diet plans and found one called “FatLoss4Idiots” and gave it a try.

After strictly following this diet plan for a month I found my body to loose 20 pounds of fat which was a great result I never achieved with other weight loss programs. To that time, my body became slimmer in waist and belly areas, hips also, and the man I was dating was really impressed with my transformation! That’s why I’ve decided to share my experience with you – I’m sure you can loose fat for good, no matter how many times you failed, just keep it up and you’ll achieve success!
