Loosing weight is one of the main things that we as women seem to have in common. I used to be a girl with a slender figure so what happened? I guess it is just a part of life that women have to deal with. Once you hit a certain age you will find that your metabolism slows down and the weight that was so easy to keep off is just creeping up on you. It seems almost impossible to loose 20 pounds.
I swear I tried almost everything out there to get rid of those extra pounds. The first think I went to was the meal replacement shakes. It really depends on which ones you go with as to what the taste will be. Some are more palatable then others but the bottom line is that these are packed full of the nutrients that you miss from skipping a meal and you find yourself still craving that meal or at least something that resembles a meal. Your goal to loose 20 pounds fast goes out the window and becomes an impossible task.
Other programs I have tried that I didn’t have much luck with were some of the extreme diets like the soup and juice diets. These just led me to failure as I starved myself for days only to drop some water weight quick and then gain it back plus some. While these do produce some quick results they are short lived results. The second your off the diet, the weight comes back on fast.
Now lets not forget all of the diet pills that are out on the market all promising something different. Each comes with a guarantee that you will loose the weight super fast but they neglect to tell you that you have to starve yourself and get involved in strenuous exercise programs. Again, another failed attempt to loose 20 pounds.
Of all of the programs, pills, fad diets and shakes that I have tried, I found that the calorie shifting plan called fatloss4idiots was by far the best one out there, it is important to keep in mind that what works for one person may not work with others but with this plan you can make it work for just about anyone.
